  • What payments do you accept?
    All orders are in Australian Dollars. We accept Paypal all major credit cards, including MasterCard, American Express, and Visa. Afterpay is coming soon.
  • Can’t find what you’re looking for?
    Suppose you’re looking for a particular item and can’t seem to find it. Instead of going website to website, contact the customer care team as we may source it for you!
  • What if the item I want is out of stock?
    We all hate it when that happens, don’t worry. Contact the customer care team quoting the item name, colour and quantity that you are want to purchase, and we will let you know when we will have it back in stock. We may even be able to order it in especially for you! Contact us, and let’s get talking.
  • I’m shopping for bridesmaid jewellery and need several of the same pieces. What do I do?
    We got you! For bulk orders/bridesmaid orders, contact the customer care team quoting the item name, colour and quantities required, and we’ll look after you. Bulk orders may require additional processing time and a prepayment, but we’ll discuss all those details directly with you and try our best to work with your timeframes.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    All orders will be processed within two business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. It can take up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping notification for your tracking details to become active with the courier.
  • Where is my order being shipped from?
    All stock is located in Australia and will be shipped from Cairns, Queensland.

  • Do you have a shop or showroom so I can see your products in person?
    Unfortunately no, we are an e-commerce based business only.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! International orders ship via the air. Depending on your country of residence, you may incur import duties or other customs fees. We can't keep track of these and are not responsible if customs delay your order. If you do not see your country available in the shipping options, please email the customer care team, and we can most likely add it.
